All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service usually arriving 2 – 4 working days after placing your order and shipping is £3.80. If you are local to Stori Book (i.e. Milford Haven / Hakin area) please enter the code ‘LOCAL’ when checking out and we’ll deliver your books free of charge within 2 working days of ordering.

If you need your next read sooner or your ordering a last minute present please reach out via the contact page and we’ll do my best to bump you up the list.

At the moment we’re not offering international shipping but if this is something you are interested in please feel free to get in touch and we’ll see if there’s something we can do!

What’s your return policy?

Providing you return your books in the same condition it sent, in its original packaging and within 2 weeks of receiving your order we will issue you a full refund.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We want every parcel we send to feel like a present when you are opening it so all orders will arrive wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a ribbon. If there’s any extras you’d like to request please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

I’m an independent author, can I get you to stock my book?

Absolutely! We’d love to hear from you and understand more about your book to see if it’s something we should be adding to the shelves.

What are the subscriptions?

The subscription service is perfect for those fed up with judging a book by its cover or if you just love getting surprise book post each month! We offer a variety of different types of subscriptions from the latest releases in your preferred genre or an easy way to build a particular authors complete collection.

We’ll take a flat payment from your account each month and you’ll receive your book a few days later, it’s really that simple! You can cancel at any time or skip a month, just be sure to let us know a week before the payment is usually taken so we can cancel the charge in time.
